CHOICE REGISTRATION

The Wisconsin and Milwaukee Parental Choice Programs were created to give families a greater choice in their children’s education. Finances don’t have to decide where your children are able to go to school. Through the Choice programs, families are able to send their children to the private school of their choice — at no cost to the family.

MILWAUKEE PARENTAL CHOICE PROGRAM
The Milwaukee Parental Choice Program is a unique opportunity for families of lower incomes to select a private education for their students. To qualify for Milwaukee Choice, families must be city of Milwaukee residents and have a combined household income at or below 300% of the poverty level.

WISCONSIN PARENTAL CHOICE PROGRAM
The Wisconsin Parental Choice program mitigates the city of Milwaukee boundaries. There are family income guidelines. When eligible, this program pays all school tuition and fees — making Catholic education a viable choice for all families.

2017-2018 School Year Enrollment Process

Northwest Catholic School’s first enrollment period will be open from February 1–19. All returning students must enroll during this time to be assured a seat for the 2017-2018 school year!

Application Process

Beginning this year, the Department of Public Instruction (DPI) is mandating a significant change to the enrollment process. All enrollment applications for the 2017-2018 school year will need to be submitted online through the DPI website.

We urge you to complete the online enrollment form in our Lower Campus office. We will assist you in filling out the forms. Upon submission, you will receive an email from the website informing you of which supporting documents are needed to complete the process. Parents and guardians can the bring supporting paperwork to the Lower Campus Monday – Friday from 7:15 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
