EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

Our Northwest Catholic students are busy and active! 80% of our kids participate in at least one extracurricular activity. Many choose to participate in more than one sport or club. Our students have found it a fun way to stay busy and work together.

Go Knights Go!

Our athletics program welcomes all students to get involved and stay active outside of the school day.

There is a no-cut policy. Our program directors feel all students should have the opportunity to be active and learn about sports. Our students enjoy playing basketball, volleyball, and soccer together.

Girls also have the opportunity to participate in cheerleading and running club. On and off the court, our students are models of Christian character. They work together as a team to support one another and display good sportsmanship.

Sport programs fees vary by sport.

Students can join Student Council and National Junior Honor Society to strengthen their leadership skills — and have fun!

Through these activities, we encourage our students to become leaders in our school community, and learn to listen to and share ideas with one another.

Love to sing and dance? Our students sure do! Students have many opportunities to explore their artistic gifts, including Note-able Knights Choir, Praise Dance lessons, private music lessons, and the Lower Campus Christmas concert. The Note-able Knights Choir plans and sings for school liturgies, using their musical gifts to praise God.

At Upper Campus, our older students have even more ways to musically express themselves. The annual school musical and Fine Arts Night are open to 5th through 8th graders. These are great ways for our middle school students to shine onstage by sharing their gifts from God — and inspire and entertain our younger students.

Girl Scouts is a way for students to discover fun and friendship while building character, leadership, and confidence through activities and projects.

A nationwide organization, Girl Scouts USA’s mission is to build girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place. Through field trips, community service, and other fun projects, girls are empowered to explore the world around them and give back to their community.
