TUITION

Northwest Catholic School is blessed to have the financial and community support of St. Bernadette,
St. Catherine of Alexandria, and Our Lady of Good Hope Parishes. Families who are parishioners at one of these Churches are eligible for reduced tuition thanks to the parishes financial support. In addition, families who do not belong to these parishes but return to Northwest Catholic School in consecutive years also receive a tuition reduction.

Tuition for the 2017-2018 school year is as follows:

For Parish Families:

  • 1 child: $2200.00
  • 2 children: $3300.00
  • 3 or more children: $4200.00
  • Student activity fee of $35/student

For New, Non-Parishioner Families:

  • 1 child: $3000.00
  • 2 children: $4600.00
  • 3 or more children: $5800.00
  • Student activity fee of $50/student

At the time of registration, a $200 tuition deposit is required of all families except our Choice families.

TUITION ASSISTANCE

We understand that tuition can make a Catholic education harder to obtain for some families — and we are committed to providing a quality, Catholic education that is accessible, available, and affordable to every family who desires it. We are proud to offer several outlets for tuition assistance at Northwest Catholic School. Instead of paying tuition in full at the start of the school year, families have the option of making 10 equal monthly payments throughout the year. We also participate in both the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program and the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program.

Enrollment periods are the 1st through the 20th of February – November; and December 1st through January 7th. All applications need to be completed in person at the Lower Campus office.

To qualify for the Milwaukee Choice program, families must live in the city of Milwaukee and have a family income under a certain financial guideline. The Wisconsin Choice program mitigates the city of Milwaukee boundaries. When eligible, these programs pay all school tuition and fees — making Catholic education a viable choice for all families.

If you believe your family might be eligible for this assistance, contact the school office. We will help you fill out all necessary paperwork on line.

Our goal is to help you set your student on the path to success with a Northwest Catholic School education.
