Northwest Catholic School is home to a variety of learners, all at different levels and with different abilities. Our teachers accommodate different learning styles of students in the classroom, and yet, sometimes students need extra individualized attention — that’s where our tutors come in.

Enhanced Learning

The reading ability of our K5 to third grade students is enhanced at Northwest Catholic School through Reading Corps. Their commitment as licensed learning consultants ensures student success.

Daily, Reading Corps volunteers tutor students one-on-one. As students reach benchmark goals, other students enter this extra tutoring to focus on their reading.

The partnership between staff and tutors is just another way the Northwest Catholic School community supports every child — in and beyond the classroom.
